Raffles Hotel
Part 1: 28 June 2012, 2.00pm
Just came back from seeing the filming of Nazotoki wa dinner no ato de at Raffles Hotel!
I SAW SAKURAI SHO-SAN OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!
This is like the 3rd time lucky really. The first time Yokoyama was here in Singapore for holiday but I didn't see him. Second time went over to Harbourfront Cruise Centre when there was a rumor of Nazodi cast/crew boarding but there wasn't any filming. And BINGO, 3rd time very lucky!!
Okay, so I was at Raffles Hotel at around 2pm today. The filming area is around a garden area near LV shop. It's pretty easy to spot cos’ there are many crew. My friends and I went to the 2nd floor to get a better view of the ground floor.
I saw Miyazawa Rie sitting in the garden shelter. Her back view was facing me. At first I thought that was Kitagawa Keiko cos' she was dressed in a really ladylike dress, like what Keiko dressed in the drama. There were some Japanese obasan who came to stand beside me so I started speaking to them. They told me that was Miyazawa Rie and they heard that Sho has arrived but they haven't seen him yet.

So I walked around the 2nd floor balcony (facing the garden) and suddenly like 1 minute later SHO-SAN APPEARED AND WALKED ACROSS THE BALCONY WHICH I WAS FACING OMG HE WAS LIKE LESS THAN 10 METRES AWAY FROM ME. (In my excitement I banged my arm against my poor friend beside me to prevent any squealing on my part xD)
Hmm, Sho looks exactly like how he looks like in Nazodi. The hair was center-parting, not the most flattering in my opinion haha. He was really very fair, like glowing in fair skin kind fufufu. He doesn't look very tall either. My friends (who aren't Sho fans but nice enough to accompany me cos' I didn't want to stalk alone) weren't impressed. BUT all of us agree that Sho definitely has the idol/star/celebrity feel, he walks with a VIP air/feel, or as the Chinese say 走路有风! And he's wearing his signature suit and glasses in Nazodi.

After that Sho continued to walk towards a corridor which I can't see him. So we shifted to another part of the balcony. Then lo and behold, I saw Sho again 5 min later on the ground floor (I'm still up at the 2nd floor), seems like he's checking script or position with the staff.
So all in all, I think I've gotten really good looks of Sho-san for about 2-3 minutes combined? I feel like I've won a SGD$1000 lottery (cost of Arashi concert ticket) today, yosh!!!!
It’s a pity that I didn’t manage to get any photos of Sho. The staff were really strict (kept asking us to stop taking photos) cos the Japanese obasan kept taking photos…and the staff were really upset. Anyway I only had my iPhone, which isn’t fantastic for taking photos.
For those of you in Singapore who have yet to see him, good luck and there is still the rest of today and tomorrow :)
Oh and IMPORTANT tip! Please keep quiet while they're filming and don't (obviously) take any photos. That will greatly decrease your chance of being chased away by the staff.

Part 2: 28 June 2012, 7.00pm
Okay, I went back to Raffles Hotel again after hearing that Sho was still there for the filming. I wanted to see Keiko as I've always wondered if she is as pretty in real life as on TV :P
Saw about 50 fans, all female, around different areas near the garden shelter at the ground floor (the filming area). There were some Japanese fans too - some are mummies who brought their children with them wow. There were still many crew around and even about 1 or 2 hotel managers who came out to tell the fans to keep away from the filming area. Sadly to say, the area which was cornered off was huge and we can't see anything much.
Met up with some friends and they advised me to go up to the 2nd floor corridor, facing the garden shelter. The staff guarding the corridor actually let fans walk past the corridor but the rule is that we cannot stop walking till we cross the corridor.
So my friends and I walked across the corridor twice. The first time I saw Sho standing inside the garden shelter, it was a film break. He was sort of twirling around (standing at the same spot and turning around), cute! :P
The second time, Sho was still standing up. I walked slower and closer to the side of the corridor facing them. I got a clear view of Sho (about 15 metres?) and had a good look of his attire. He was wearing a suit, bow tie and a black and dark purple striped cummerbund. So his attire looks something like the following (except the cummerbund colour- I can't find a black and purple striped one). Though I was still unimpressed with his hair haha, I must say he looks pretty smart in his suit! :D

Now what came after was quite a shock. Previously I heard from my friends that Keiko is filming with Sho - the lady, who is back facing the corridor, with bun-up hair wearing a white cheongsum looking gown/dress. She turned around while I was still walking and I got a good look at her face and I'm pretty positive that she's Miyazawa and not Keiko.

However, till now I've friends who said that the lady is Keiko instead. It remains a mystery as to who was the actress there, hahaha!
I left after the 2 walks. My friends who stayed till the end (filming ended around 7.45pm) said that Sho actually waved to the fans after the filming was done. He waved with a smile as he walked back to the (dressing) room. お疲れ様でした、翔さん!(^.^)/
